CAFE EQUIPMENT

All of our equipment is to be used after you are properly trained in the café. We have two different coffee brewers, One commercial grade espresso machine, two coffee grinders, 3 large coffee urns, and a large selection of small pieces. When in be mindful of the equipment you are using remember this does not belong to you.

1.  Weigh and Grind beans 13oz single basket 17oz double basket

2.  Place in basket (break with stirring needle if needed)

3.  Tamp basket down (should hide the line in the basket)

4.  Attach and press the appropriate shot size

5.  Let the espresso sit before adding

Typically 16ml in and 56 ml out

6.  Add syrups and stir,

7.  Froth milk to 140*F if hot

8.  Pour into cup with syrup and espresso

9.  Attach lid and sleeve

Espresso extraction.

Curtis

1.     Pour the coffee grounds into the xxl coffee filter.

2.     Place filter into Curtis’ holder

3.     Push brew

4.     After countdown is done place pump in and attach lid to thermos

5.     Dump grounds out and rinse the bag then hang to dry

6.     Wipe down any coffee drips.
