If someone would like a refund find a manager. Do not issue a refund without given permission for that exact moment.

We do not guarantee plants. Only if we are the ones to plant it (our landscape division) because there are just so many factors that go into planting and caring for plants, we cannot be held responsible for all of that unless we do it.
