STANDARDS
It is expected to maintain our standard for friendliness with each customer and creating a positive interaction with each customer we come across.
We have three standards: Welcoming, Productive, and Knowledgable.
Welcoming:
Customers come first, set aside what you are doing to help a customer
Be friendly and say hi to every customer
notice if they need assistance, and offer to help
Remember to smile
Productive:
There is always something to do, look at the to do list, or ask your team leader for a task
There shouldn’t be a cluster of workers hanging around the register
Always have the phones covered, if one person is staying at the register, someone else needs to take the one of the phones with them
Knowledgeable:
You don’t have to know everything, but at least know how to find out/learn about things
Familiarize yourself with the layout of the property, and types of soil, you can always refer to the maps and handouts
