Answering questions:

Don’t be afraid to not know the answer to a question, it’s normal. Use your phone to your benefit in this instance.

If you have a question know who to ask   

If you don’t know what the customer wants, find someone who does, don’t pretend you know something when you don’t. It’s okay to not know the answer

The way you talk to customers has a big impact on the brand, nothing delivers customer satisfaction quite like a delightful conversation

Things to keep in mind:

  • Every single customer should be spoken to  -  when you see a new customer, let them start looking around then approach them while working*

  • Be aware of different locations around the property

How to deal with demanding customers:

Kill them with kindness. Do your best not to crack under pressure. Do not take anything personally, people wake up on the wrong side of the bed and take it out on random people. If all else fails contact Les.
